道达尔能源下调法国柴油价格，零售每升降约0.10欧元
TotalEnergies said it will pass through a strategic diesel stock release to French consumers, expecting retail diesel prices to fall about €0.10 per litre and non-road diesel (agriculture, construction machinery) to be discounted about €0.20 per litre. The measures run from Nov. 1, 2026 to Jan. 31, 2027.
