Ukraine's parliament backed the defense ministry's proposal to allocate 100% of defense-export licensing fees to the armed forces. Fees collected under export controls for military and dual-use goods will be split 50/50: half for procurement, modernization and maintenance of weapons and equipment, and half for military personnel pay.
